    Randy, I am a real estate appraiser doing an appraisal on a historical home in Davidson, very similar to yours. I am unable to find any similar sales that sold through the MLS in the past year. I would like to use your recent purchase as a comparable in the report, but first I need to verify that it was an arm's length transaction. Could you please reply or call me and let me know, I would really appreciate it.
